Karen graduated with a degree from Oglethorpe University in 1972. She has been in the financial services business for 25 years and started Vining Financial Service, Inc. in 1996. 
 
 
The financial planning process can be complicated and overwhelming for many people. Karen firmly believes in education. She is committed to helping each client reach the level of understanding that they need or want to learn.
 
Karen is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC). She holds various industry licenses and registrations including FINRA, series 7, 24, 63, 65 as well as Georgia insurance licenses for Life, Health, Disability, Variable Annuities, and Variable Universal Life.  Karen is securities licensed in multiple states.
 
 
Karen is involved in her community, and is currently on the Board of Directors for the East Cobb YMCA and is a parishioner at St. Ann's Catholic Church where she is a teen program volunteer and a past Finance Committee member.
