Lucy graduated from Clemson University with a BA in Economics. After graduation, she worked for C&S National Bank (Bank of America) for 8 years. She was an Assistant Vice Presidentandheld positions as aCommercial Lending Officer and then as an Assistant Product Manager of Electronic Banking in the Corporate Cash Management department. Lucy joined Vining Financial Services, Inc. in 1996. She has her FINRA, series 7 and 66 licenses.

Lucy's primary responsibilities include office administration, client reporting, trading, portfolio and analytical support, and servicing client accounts.
